You can purchase Kit Heath jewellery directly from us online at kitheath.com, or in-store and/or online from any of our approved retailer partners. You can find your nearest stockist using our .
Pricing
All our prices on the website are in GBP, so if you are ordering from overseas, you may want to work out the exchange rate and any charges which your bank may charge for the transaction.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price without notice, our aim is to offer the best-designed quality sterling silver jewellery brand at affordable prices. In the event of misprints or errors in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be offered an equally lovely alternative or given a full refund with our apologies.
Promo Codes
Very occasionally, you may be offered a discount code. Only one offer can be used at any one time. Sale items are excluded from all Promo codes. Promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be used retrospectively. Where a promo code has an expiry date, the offer has to be used within the time frame given and cannot be honoured outside of the valid dates. Any offers are subject to the discretion of Kit Heath Ltd and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. See our Returns page for specific details about returning pieces in conjunction with a free gift.
Payments
Payments can be made by PayPal, Klarna (available in the UK only), or debit/credit card online. Rest assured we do everything within our power to keep your order and payment details secure.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2 pm on the same working day, however, during busy periods, this cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will be unable to make any alterations to it or to the delivery option. Due to any reason beyond our control, e.g. adverse weather, our delivery times are only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for any missed deliveries or subsequent inconveniences which are beyond our control.

Returns
We want you to be really pleased with your purchase, so our jewellery comes with a money-back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted pieces within 30 days of the order being delivered for a refund or replacement — please see the Returns page for our full returns policy and process.
Kit Heath e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
The purchase and use of a Kit Heath e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in addition to our standard terms, and we recommend you peruse them carefully and review for updates from time to time.
- Our virtual “e-Gift Card” is available to purchase exclusively at kitheath.com/giftcard. Valid e-Gift Cards can be used online at staging.kitheath.com only and cannot be redeemed through our retailer partners/stockists.
- The Kit Heath e-Gift Card is provided in an email.
- e-Gift Cards are available to be purchased in set denominations or a custom amount entered by the customer.
- e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- The e-Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. Once expired, the gift card will become invalid, and any remaining funds will no longer be available to use.
- e-Gift Cards cannot be purchased without a) the Recipient’s name, b) the Recipient’s e-mail address, c) Your (the “purchasing customer’s”) name.
- Upon the completed purchase of a Kit Heath e-Gift Card, you will receive via e-mail details/confirmation of the e-Gift Card. This is in addition to your standard order receipt/confirmation.
- The Recipient will be sent an e-mail confirmation of the e-Gift Card immediately after purchase, detailing a) the e-Gift Card value, b) the e-Gift Card redemption code, c) the e-Gift Card expiry date, d) the sender’s name, and e) a personalised message from the sender (if entered). A preview of this e-mail is available on the e-Gift Card order page (kitheath.com/giftcard) during purchase.
- The e-Gift Card will be registered to the Recipient’s e-mail address as entered by the purchaser during the order process and will be linked to the original order.
e-Gift Cards can be used both in full or as part payment towards a purchase and can be used multiple times until funds have been fully redeemed. - A reminder e-mail will be sent 30 days before expiry to the Recipient’s e-mail address as registered during purchase. Kit Heath will not be liable for funds lost upon expiry and the Recipient is solely responsible for ensuring any outstanding balance is redeemed in full before the expiry date.
- The Recipient is solely responsible for the safekeeping of the e-Gift Card and its redemption code. The Kit Heath Customer Service Team may be able to assist in retrieving a valid e-Gift Card/redemption code if the identity of the original purchaser can be verified and an additional security question is answered.
- Kit Heath cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use of an e-Gift Card that has become known to another party by means outside of Kit Heath’s control.
- Kit Heath reserves the right to amend the offer and/or terms at any time if deemed necessary to do so.
Returns
If any items purchased with an e-Gift Card are returned, the value will be refunded back onto the original e-Gift Card, or a new e-Gift Card/redemption code will be provided should the original no longer be valid/available.
If a full or partial refund is made for any purchase using an e-Gift Card, any refund amount will be credited to the e-Gift Card in the first instance.
If a full or partial refund amount is higher than the value paid for with an e-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be refunded to the other payment method used (i.e., debit/credit card).

Any personal data held in relation to the purchase and use of an e-Gift Card will be used in accordance with any applicable data protection laws and as set out by our

Customers may use the trademark only in accordance with Kit Heath Limited’s guidelines. Purchasing our goods does not grant any rights to our intellectual property, and customers are not authorised to register company names, trademarks, or domain names containing "Kit Heath" or similar terms.
